CANCELATION POLICYList Item 1
- A 3 nights deposit is required to secure all reservations. Deposits are fully refundable up to 14 days prior to arrival with written cancellation notice. Cancellation within the 14 days results in a forfeiture of the entire deposit.
- For travel in Peak Holiday Weeks as listed on the rate chart: 3 nights deposit is required on booking and is refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be given inside of the 30 day time period.
